Tuesday: Identifying Linear VS Non-Linear when given graphs, tables, and equations; **HOMEWORK- TBD**

Wednesday: 8th grade PM field trip; Proportional VS Non-Proportional – Identifying direct variation from a table or verbal description and writing a direct variation equation from a table or verbal description. Students will identify the unit rate as the slope of the line and the constant of variation as well, connect this to the vocabulary “y varies directly with the x”, and write direct variation equations.; **HOMEWORK- TBD **

Thursday: Linear Proportional VS Linear Non-Proportional discrete functions (Trick-or-Treating example). Students will write the corresponding equations, make tables and draw graphs. **NO HOMEWORK**

Friday: Writing direct variation equations from graphs; **HOMEWORK- TBD**
